The Writing Hall (of which Hall Good Books is a subsidiary brand) operates the www.hallgoodbooks.com website and e-commerce shop.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing from the website. We want you to have a great experience when purchasing from us; though the following are the terms and conditions we ask buyers to adhere to, if there is anything not covered here, or if you are unhappy about any aspect of our products or service, do not hesitate to contact us on where we will endeavour to answer/resolve your query.
We use trusted third-party applications and organisations to take payment for the goods we sell. We do not have access to your card/payment details; we only receive the relevant information from these third-party applications to carry out our service and to ensure delivery of our products.
All products purchased will be sent via Royal Mail's First Class post. Please allow a 48 hour turnaround after placing your order for us to prepare your delivery before posting.
We are not responsible for any delivery delays that stem from changes to Royal Mail's service or their failure to meet their published delivery timeframes. We are also not responsible for any damage to products if inflicted during delivery; however, should this occur, get in touch with us at , include a photo of the damage to the product and its packaging, and we'll endeavour to replace the item.
If you have not received your products within 7 working days of placing your order, please get in touch with us at (we would be obliged if you could include your order reference with your message).
As you'd expect, we do not accept returns due to the nature of our products, unless damaged during delivery (see above).
